My Return and Refund Policy for purchases:

No refunds are possible after the date a webinar was scheduled. If you need a refund email me with your details using the “contact me“ button.

However, if you are unable to attend a webinar a recording of the webinar will be provided.

Cancellations at any time prior to the date of a webinar will be direct credited at the sum paid minus 20% (to cover time and banking costs involved.
